About Udanoo

Udanoo offers products, one-to-one sessions (including reiki and coaching), and community-based experiences designed to support awareness, connection, and wellbeing.

All offerings are intended for personal use and general wellbeing.

Products

All products are described as accurately as possible
Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to natural materials and photography
Candles must be used safely and in accordance with provided guidance

We reserve the right to update or change products at any time.

Order & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary

Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched in line with our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Udanoo is not responsible for delays once items have been dispatched.

Order & Payment

​Returns are accepted in line with UK consumer law.

  • Physical products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Services

  • All sessions must be booked in advance

  • Sessions are non-refundable once booked

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule

  • Missed or late cancellations are non-refundable

 

Sessions are offered as supportive, complementary practices and do not replace professional medical or therapeutic care.

Community Participation

Where Udanoo offers group or community-based experiences, participants are expected to engage respectfully.

We reserve the right to remove access where behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Udanoo and may not be copied or used without permission.

Liability

Udanoo products and services are provided for personal use and wellbeing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Udanoo is not liable for:

  • Misuse of products
