Udanoo offers products, sessions, and content intended to support moments of awareness, connection, and personal wellbeing.
Our offerings—including candles, one-to-one sessions, and energy-based practices such as reiki—are designed for personal reflection and relaxation.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition, nor replace professional advice or support.
By engaging with Udanoo, you acknowledge that:

Sessions & Energy Work
Reiki and one-to-one sessions are offered as supportive, complementary practices.
They are intended to:

create space for personal reflection
They do not replace medical treatment, therapy, or professional care.
Product Use
All physical products should be used as directed and with care.
Please follow standard safety guidance, especially when using candles.
Udanoo is not responsible for misuse of products or for any indirect or consequential outcomes.
Refund Policy
In line with UK regulations, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

Items must be unused and in their original condition

Returned in original packaging where possible

Return Shipping
As a small business, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked,
your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect,
please contact us within 48 hours with a photo.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
We are unable to accept returns on:

Used candles

Opened or tested items
Services & Bookings
All one-to-one sessions, including reiki and coaching, are booked in advance and require a dedicated time commitment.
For this reason, sessions are non-refundable once booked.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
We will do our best to offer an alternative time.
Missed Appointments
Sessions that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect scheduled timings.
The full session fee will still apply.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Udanoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of its products, services, or content.
